- This role is primarily responsible for filing and following up of court case filed by the Bank and filed against the Bank and to keep liaison with panel lawyers, concerned authorities such as ACC, CID, Law Enforcing Agencies to deal with Court Operations related activities as may be designated and assigned from time to time by the Unit Head and/or Head of Legal Division.
Job Responsibilities
- File & Follow up of the Court cases on time to protect the Bank’s image
- Execute the Court verdict in time and in a error free manner
- Keep Liaison with ACC, CID & other Government agencies
- Pay the Bill of the learned lawyer in time
