Southeast Bank Limited, a leading Banking institution of the country is looking for some smart, energetic and self-motivated female candidates for recruitment as Front Desk Officer at the Bank’s Head Office and Branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming all clients, visitors and guests visiting the office in a professional manner.
Receiving all incoming calls (overseas, local and internal), relay the calls to the concerned officials and connect the calls as desired by the officials.
Receiving messages and conveying those to the concerned officials of the Bank.
Maintaining records related to Front Desk Operation.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the Front Desk area.

Job Requirements:

Age: Not over 30 years as on March 31, 2019.
Graduate from a recognized university having no 3rd Division/Class and GPA below 2.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.25 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.
Candidates must have 2 years practical working experience as Front Desk Officer/Customer Service Officer in any reputed local/international/multinational organization.
Excellent communication competency both in Bengali & English.

Compensation Package:

The selected candidate shall be offered a monthly salary of Tk.23,000/- along with other admissible benefits.
